Application is open for Reach Oxford Scholarships 2026 to study a Bachelor program at Oxford University. Suppose you are a student from a low-income country like Afghanistan and cannot study due to political or financial situations or a lack of educational facilities. In that case, you can apply for the Reach Oxford Scholarship. This fully funded scholarship provides tuition fees and other support for living expenses and travel costs.
According to OXFORD UNIVERSITY, a number of Reach Oxford scholarships (formerly Oxford Student Scholarships) are offered to students from low-income countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because suitable educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries.

Who can apply?

  • Applicants must be nationals of countries receiving official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

  1. Apply to the University of Oxford for an undergraduate course through UCAS by October 15, 2025.
  2. Applicants have successfully secured a place at the University of Oxford for the 2025 entry.
  3. Review guidance notes and application questions available under ‘Related documents.’
  4. Complete the online Undergraduate scholarship application form before the deadline if you are offered a place.
  5. For 2026 entry applicants applying by the scholarship deadline of February 4, 2025, the selection process occurs in March 2026.
  6. Applicants will be notified of the application outcome in May 2026.

Note: You can only apply for this scholarship if you apply to an undergraduate program at the University of Oxford by the UCAS deadline and are offered a place for the 2026 intake.  If you haven’t applied yet, apply now. If you are unable to apply now, do not worry. Instead, prepare for this scholarship by reviewing the courses offered by the University of Oxford, carefully reading the program requirements, gathering the necessary documents, and taking the required tests to secure an offer. You can apply through UCAS Next year.  Conduct the tests in August if required, and follow the procedure accordingly. More Information:

  • Scholars must submit an annual report detailing academic, social activities, and achievements.
  • Continued eligibility for the award in subsequent years depends on satisfactory academic progress.
  • Competition for the scholarship is intense, and the University lacks additional funding for unsuccessful candidates.
  • Scholarship applications for deferred entry to Oxford’s undergraduate course should be submitted in January of the intended starting year.
  • Oxford’s Astrophoria Foundation Year Programme applicants can apply for the scholarship in January of the year they plan to start their undergraduate degree course.
  • Confirmation of scholarship eligibility for the undergraduate course will be communicated to students during their Foundation Year enrollment.
  • Applications for undergraduate scholarships will only be considered once for each applicant.
