International students willing to pursue higher education at any degree level in Azerbaijan can apply for Khazar University Merit-Based Scholarships. These scholarships are study awards from Khazar University to outstanding international students for the academic year 2023/24. The applicants do not require to apply for a scholarship separately; if eligible, Khazar University will notify the applicant in the Offer of Admission.

This opportunity period is only for one year, and if offered, an appointed academic panel at Khazar University will review the scholarship on an annual basis and may extend it for the next year of study. The scholarship extension depends on the student’s academic performance. This scholarship program is available for all degrees, including bachelor, master, and Ph.D. studies.
