This program is designed to support scientists from developing countries by providing fellowships to conduct research and training at institutions in other developing countries, aiming to boost their scientific capabilities and expand their professional networks.

The TWAS Fellowships offer a unique chance to spend between three and twelve months at a research institution different from your own. This fellowship serves as a stepping stone for early-career researchers and a platform for developing crucial connections within the scientific community. With a focus on natural sciences, this program encourages the exchange of knowledge and expertise among researchers from developing countries, fostering collaboration and growth.
