• The activities must be innovative and demonstrate qualification for long term transformational change.
• Social and environmental benefits must be delivered.
• The activities must be scalable and replicable with high impact for a long time.
• It must be related to climate change mitigation or adaptation.
• Must not registered or have not intentions to register as a clean development mechanism (CDM) or joint implementation (JI), an initiative for the upcoming two years.
