• The institute provides substantial stipends depending upon the candidates’ academic rigor, starting at 40,000 Rubles/month for the MSc program ( 55,000 rub/month (≈$680)) and 75,000 Rubles for Ph.D. students.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the SkoItech Master and Ph.D. Programs, prospective applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Hold an appropriate bachelor’s degree, specialist degree, or any other corresponding degree from a recognized university for MSc programs.
• For Ph.D. programs, hold a relevant master’s degree, specialist degree, or any other corresponding degree from a reputable university.
• Students should have obtained their previous degree in one of the following fields of study:

7. Chemistry and chemical engineering

Note: As the institute receives many applications from outstanding students and its selection process is highly competitive, fulfilling the minimum criteria does not necessarily mean admission.

Language requirement:

Since the language of instruction for the SkoItech Master and Ph.D. study program is English, applicants must meet the language proficiency requirement by presenting a TOEFL or IELTS Score:

• Acceptable TOEFL score: TOEFL IBT 72, 450 TOEFL ITP or 6 on IELTS, Duolingo B2 Level of English. Applicants’ scores should be valid for two years, and those with a degree from an English-speaking institution do not need to prove an English certificate.
• Submitting GRE is not mandatory but will strengthen a candidate’s application and chance of success.
