Participants have the opportunity to discuss how dialogue help promote:

  • The use of date in governance and business
  • Future of digital security

Seminar have training session to enhance critical thinking skills within participants through highlighting the ways to address threats and challenges in the region through international co-operation.

Who can apply:

  • Be a citizen of Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan.
  • Be proficient in English and Russian languages
  • Currently enrolled at a bachelor degree program
  • Not be under the age of 18.

Seminar participants will be selected based on the quality of their application and their community involvement.
