Eligibility Criteria:

• It is necessary to have an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent), ideally in a related field such as graphic design, art, or visual storytelling.
• Instead of the advanced degree, a first-level university degree (a bachelor’s degree) plus two more years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Two years or more of experience in the field of graphic creation, from design to printed or published work.
• Basic familiarity with common software programs, such as Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft PowerPoint.
• It is necessary to speak, write, and read English fluently.
• It is advantageous to know another official language of the UN.
• Applicants for this post must send a portfolio of selected works in a free electronic format (ideally through web links) with their application.

• Candidates without United Nations or UNOPS experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Optional:
