The Australia Graduate Research Scholarships offers the following benefits:

- Living allowance: $39,500 per year (2026 rate) for up to 2 years (Master’s) or 3.5 years (PhD), with annual indexation and paid leave
- Relocation grant: $2,000 for students from other Australian states/territories, $3,000 for international students
- Health insurance: Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for international students requiring a visa
