Citizen Organization for Advocacy and Resilience, COAR (Responsible for Coordination of Afghan Relief) CoAR is an Afghan, independent, non-political, non-denominational, and non-for-profit organization that came into existence in 1989  and formally registered with the ministry of economy. It is working to extend relief services to the communities by war and other tragedies. COAR has been actively bridging between donors of humanitarian assistance and rural Afghan communities severely affected by almost four decades of wars, internal conflicts, natural and manmade disasters, and complexities.
