Job Requirements

  • Hold a high school degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in teaching.
  • Ability to work at the camp level.
  • Robust local community knowledge.
  • Proficiency in local languages.
  • Both individual and teamwork ability to undertake tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Exercise flexibility, and be willing to do urgent tasks when required in informal time.
  • Understanding of and experience with keeping school record, methodologies, and approaches (including data gathering both quantitative, qualitative as well as participatory)
  • Candidates should be self-disciplined and motivated critical thinkers who are willing to work under stress to catch deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including patience, tact, being a listener, and respect for colleagues.
