Position summary

Job Requirements
- Hold a high school degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in teaching.
- Ability to work at the camp level.
- Robust local community knowledge.
- Proficiency in local languages.
- Both individual and teamwork ability to undertake tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Exercise flexibility, and be willing to do urgent tasks when required in informal time.
- Understanding of and experience with keeping school record, methodologies, and approaches (including data gathering both quantitative, qualitative as well as participatory)
- Candidates should be self-disciplined and motivated critical thinkers who are willing to work under stress to catch deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including patience, tact, being a listener, and respect for colleagues.
