Benefits and Financial Aids

Participants will benefit from the Early Career Program as follows:

  • Monthly Compensation:
    • Geneva: CHF 4500 (including salary and medical allowance)
    • Mumbai: INR 91,600 (salary)
    • Beijing: CNY 12,500 (salary)
  • Work Authorization Support: Available for Geneva-based roles
  • Professional Development: Hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration with global leaders
  • Networking: Engage with a diverse community of over 800 employees from more than 80 nationalities

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Recent graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Mission-Driven: Commitment to improving the state of the world

What You Will Do

As a participant in the Early Careers Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in specific functional areas, contributing to impactful projects and developing a diverse skill set. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your career through real-world applications.

Functional Areas:

  • Community and Stakeholder Management: Engage and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Project, Content, and Policy Management: Support research, project management, and content development for strategic initiatives and partnerships.
  • Marketing and Communications: Promote Forum and Centre initiatives, engaging global audiences with high-impact content.
  • Data and Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Technology Innovation and Digital Success: Drive technology and digital strategy development to enhance Forum initiatives.
  • Events Programming and Management: Design, organize, and execute global Forum events to facilitate effective dialogue and collaboration.

Thematic Areas:

  • Forum Centres (e.g., Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, Health and Healthcare, and more.)
  • Industry and Private Sector Engagement
  • Business Development and Account Management
  • Organizational Enablement (Finance, IT, People & Culture, Public Affairs, etc.)
