Opportunity Description
The Joseph Schumpeter Fellowship is a competitive and extendable fellowship program designed for undergraduate students at George Mason University who are interested in learning key ideas in the political economy. The fellowship is open to all full-time and part-time degree-seeking scholars from any discipline who catalyze the learned ideas in academic and policy research.
Joseph Schumpeter fellows study major and concurrent writings in political economy by prominent scholars and attend a number of conversations with varying university and the center’s scholars, students, and alumni.
Also, the fellows in the program will conduct and engage with new researches in PE.

Total Award Value: $1,000 for each semester

Program requirements
The Joseph Schumpeter Fellows are required to:
- Stay enrolled as a full- or part-time undergraduate degree-seeking student for the duration of the fellowship program;
- Actively attend all the scheduled programs of the event;
- Reach on time and have thoroughly read the assigned readings beforehand;
- Submit and updated CV quarterly over the course of their attendance in the program;
