IMU, with the help of FIMU, offers a fellowship program to support postgraduate studies of students in a developing country who plan to do a Ph.D. degree in the mathematical sciences. The IMU Breakout Graduate Fellowships offers a few grants for remarkable students from developing countries. Therefore, qualified targeted applicants can take this opportunity by being nominated by a mathematician for the fellowship.

Fellowships details

Deadline: 31 May 2021, 9:00 AM CET

Organizers: International Mathematical Union (IMU) and FIMU

Location: Developing countries

Fellowship supporter and donators: A number of prizewinning scholars in mathematics

Duration: Up to four years
