Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Recent university graduate (bachelor’s or higher) with 0-3 years of working experience in any field of study.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English, with ideally 1 additional language.
• Keen interest in international and Dubai business
• have a curious and inquiring mind.
• Demonstrated hard skills in financial, accounting, marketing, and strategy metrics.
• Familiarity with consulting fundamentals and tools, focusing on strategy consulting.
• Ability to develop a business plan from ideation to completion.
• Strong soft skills including leadership, presentation, negotiation, communication, teamwork, agility, and problem-solving.
• Cultural understanding was gained through living, studying, and working together for 9 months.
