Introduction
Applications for the Ban-Ki Moon Center-funded stipend for Ghent Summer School 2021 are now open. The Ghent University Summer School Program 2021 is offered in health programs in cooperation with Ghent University, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, ANSER Network & BeMSA Ghent. The summer school is a series of courses in health sciences that will take place virtually from July 4 to 14 2021.
To this end, Ban Ki Moon Center for Global Citizens funds ten stipends for the Ghent Summer School 2021 to help those who receive it attend the programs for free. Eligible applicants who are interested in taking the course(S) can apply. The deadline for both the stipend application and course enrolment is 1st May 2021.

Who can apply for the BKMC stipend?
Students meeting the following criteria can apply for the stipends:
- Be between the age of 18 and 35
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Have a multidisciplinary academic and professional background
- Hold the minimum level of English language skills B2
- Be from Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East
Application conditions for the summer school
- The course application is open to young people from all over the world.
- Students studying medicine, health sciences, humanities and social sciences can apply for the program.
