Opportunity Description

Asian Development Bank offers an internship program for outstanding and motivated master or Ph.D. students from developing countries. The ADB usually opens the internship application twice a year so that the applicants can apply for the winter or summer cohort. Selected applicants will receive financial support during the work at ADB headquarter in Manila, Philippines, and other departments. consequently, the applicants will get a life-changing experience of working at an international organization.

Details of Asian Development Bank Internship

Duration: 8-11 week

  • Start of application: July 15, 2021, Updated: August 1 
  • 1st Deadline to apply: September 30, 2021, Extended October 7
  • 1st round program start: January 2021
  • 2nd round application period: December 1, 2021 – January 31, 2022
  • Program start 2nd round: June 2022
  • Location: Manila, Philippines, and other departments in different countries.

Eligibility for ADB internship

To be eligible for this ADB Internship program, the applicants should meet the following requirements:

  1. be currently a student ( enrolled) in a master / Ph.D. program and after the internship in one of the Asian Development Bank member countries.
  2. have Engagement in a field of study related to ADB’s work
  3. Have the citizenship of a country of ADB members
  4. Proficiency in the English language.
  5. Related professional work experience
