Job summary
Citizen Organization for Advocacy and Resilience (COAR) is recruiting 798 social organizers (one female and two male per Gozar) in Kabul city who will implement the Dastarkhan-e-Mili project within the framework of REACH (COVID-19 Relief Effort for Afghan Communities & Households) Project. Job Requirements
Skills and competencies
- Sound organizational, communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and time management skills.
- Fluency in Dari and Pashto (writing and speaking)
- Familiarity with report writing and planning
- Be honest, proactive, and well versed.
Education and Qualifications
- 12th-grade graduate or higher degree. 12th grade will be highly prioritized.
- 2 years of relevant experience, especially within an NGO or similar organization.
- Work experience at the grassroots level, Community Mobilization, and Community Development.
- Experience with the National Solidarity program/Citizen Charter, Community Governance and Livelihood Project, and community-driven development is strongly desirable.
