Job requirements

Skills and qualifications:

  • Have at least a bachelor degree;
  • At least one year of management experience;
  • Proficiency in the official languages of the country (Persian and Pashto) and written and verbal familiarity with the English language.
  • Only residents of the related districts can apply for the above-mentioned positions
  • Computer Skills in programs related to the job
  • Typing ability and skills in Pashto and Dari
  • Be ready to accomplish the job in the first or second shift of work at the Tazkira distribution center as appropriate;
  • Ready to do the job according to performance-based payment system as necessary;
  • Be ready to do the job if relocated (from capital of the province to districts or vice versa)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work plan according to the general plan of the administration to achieve the office goals;
  • Having information about the procedures, principles, and legal documents of E-ID;
  • Applying and rectifying the information of family and individual in the system;
  • Ensuring and controlling the accuracy and veracity of the necessary information in the forms as well as the system;
  • Sending individual and family information for preparing Electronic ID for the system;
  • Obtaining the written and final confirmation of applicants’ regarding their information entered into the system;
  • Implementing plans and programs assigned by the center’s manager;
  • Participating in meetings called by registration and distribution officers;
  • Reaching goals set by the management of the pertinent center;
  • Maintaining and using the amenities and technical tools;
  • Partaking in capacity building programs conducted by the office; and
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on activities and achievements as per the need.
