Management and mobilization of the Electronic ID Card application and distribution at the related center in accordance with relevant legal documents, policies, programs and procedures.

Job requirements

Skills and qualifications:

  • Have at least a bachelor degree;
  • At least two years of management experience;
  • Proficiency in the official languages of the country (Persian and Pashto) and written and verbal familiarity with the English language.
  • Only residents of the related districts can apply for the ID Distribution Center Manager positions
  • Computer Skills in programs related to the job
  • Typing ability in Pashto and Dari
  • Be ready to accomplish the job in the first or second shift of work at the Tazkira distribution center as appropriate;
  • Ready to do the job according to performance-based payment system as necessary;
  • Be ready to do the job if relocated (from capital of the province to districts or vice versa)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work plan according to the general plan of the administration to achieve the office goals;
  • Having information about the procedures, principles and legal documents of NSIA;
  • Soundly leading and guiding the center according to NSIA’s goals and vision;
  • Creating a sound environment for personnel and visitors;
  • Handling the visitors’ complaints and employees’ needs and problems efficiently;
  • Effectively utilizing the resources of the center;
  • Ensuring the defined targets of related units are achieved;
  • Chancing and controlling the related parts managers on-the-job precisely;
  • Calling meeting with staff and supervisors of the relevant units to ensure quality daily work performance;
  • Conducting trainings for staff and identifying needs of related sections;
  • Participating in the leadership meetings and sharing h/her recommendations;
  • Ensuring timely submission of staff attendance report to the HR Directorate;
  • Ensuring the distribution of personnel’s identity cards in coordination with HRD;
  • Partaking in capacity building programs and maintaining effective coordination and relationship with the parts concerned;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the subordinates’ performance to motivate them and improve their work; and
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on activities and achievements as per the need.
