National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) of Afghanistan has announced 2470 vacancies for male applicants to work at Electronic ID card distribution centers.

Details:

application period: March 29- April 4, 2021

Type of jobs: Contract-based

Language required: Persian/Pashto and familiarity with the English language.

Jobs Summary:

the position holder is responsible for: Solidarity, execution and providing Electronic Card services, reception, collection, data check, identity consolidation, registration, distribution, Archive setting, coordination, communication and service after the distribution of card.

Skills and qualification required:

  • have a bachelor degree
  • Zero Experience required.
  • Be proficient in the official languages of the country (Pashto and Persian) and familiar (written and spoken) with the English language.
  • Computer Skills in programs related to the job
  • Typing skills in Pashto and Dari
  • Be ready to do the job in the first or second shift of the work at the Tazkira distribution center
  • Ready to execute the work according to the method of payment based on the result in need basis.
  • Be ready to do the duties in relocation status ( from center to districts or Vice versa)

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work plan according to the general plan of the administration to achieve the office goals.
  2. providing information about the process and method of citizens’ registration to get E-Id cards.
  3. performing allocated jobs according to manuals and instructions
  4. Submission of completed files on a regular basis to the identity Consolidation department.
  5. Accepting the applicants’ files according to the table after checking and ensuring the completion of the document.
  6. Checking and matching paper Id cards with Basic book of  Demography center.
  7. Checking the documents accurately and ensuring that every detail is correct.
  8. Renewal of Electronic Id cards and other changes on the card and Databasis based on manuals.
  9. Collection of application forms to modify and change the data in systems and on card.
  10. following up the applications of citizens to edit, change such as age, name, birth, death, marriage, divorce, citizenship ) with After distribution services department.
  11. registration and sending the applications of applicants in a correct and assured way to the center for changes of the data in the system and on the card, age, name, birth, death, marriage, divorce according to the manual.
  12. Having a complete information about content, the method of filling and mandatory fields of the individual and family application forms.
  13. Creating family-specific number and writing on the application form
  14. sending the accurate and correct data to the quality control employee, head of family and family members
  15. implementing and rectifying individual application in electronic systems according to manuals
  16. Bio-metric registration in a correct way according to predetermined standards and ensuring its correctness.
  17. implementing and rectifying data on the system
  18. Citizens identity files coding according to the process and system of the archive.
  19. Accurate counting of the submitting documents from registration to temporary archive and its submission to central archive.
  20. Creating a specific mechanism to archive the documents and related papers to easily be accessible.
  21. Collecting the revenue of electronic cards from applicants and accounting with related department.
  22. getting the electronic id card from Print department and transfer employees.
  23. using the new systems that will be created by the office.
  24. achieving the target determined by the office and management of the distribution center.
  25. Protecting and maintaining the technical devices of the center
  26. inviting applicants according to the timetable to the center and determined working goals.
  27. Being aware of the citizenship laws, demography registration law and working mechanism of NSIA.
