Who can apply?
Young photographers must meet the following requirements:
- Submission is open to photographers aged 24 or under
- If aged 25 or older, applicants must be full-time photography students
- Must submit a portfolio of 12 images
- Submit a project proposal describing the photo assignment to be completed if selected
- All nationalities are eligible to apply
- Entries must comply with ethical journalism standards
