The University of Oslo offers a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Earth and Planetary Sciences at the Centre for Planetary Habitability. Eligibility Criteria

The following are the requirements that all candidates should meet to apply for the Postdoctoral Research Fellowship:

  • Candidates should hold a degree equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree in Planetary Sciences, Remote Sensing, Geosciences, Physics, or related quantitative disciplines.
  • Applicants must have a submitted and approved doctoral thesis and public defense.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written communication).
  • Background in mineralogy of planetary surfaces through remote sensing or laboratory techniques.
