Oslo University, which is one of the oldest and highest-ranked education and research institution with 28000 students and 7000 employees in Norway offering a Ph.D. fellowship program for international applicants with a Master degree in political science or relevant fields such as sociology and economics. This program will lead by professor Carl Henrik Knutsen and funded by an ERC consolidator grant at the University of Oslo. Applicants with excellent academic background, substantial organizational, administrative, communication, collaborative, and methodological competency can apply for this fully-funded fellowship in Norway for up to four academic years.
