About the Program

Ministry of Public Work of Afghanistan has announced its scholarship program for Master degree in Civil Engineering at Ohio University in the United States.  This is the 2nd round that the ministry of MoPW offers this scholarship in partner with Ohio University and Afghan National Construction Laboratory (ANCL). Successful applicants will be expected to work in ANCL after graduation from Ohio university.

Eligibility:

Applicants who fulfill the requirements below are eligible to apply.

  • Be holding a bachelor degree certificate and transcript
  • Have the TOEFL score of 80 or IELTS 6.5
