• The applicant must be 35 years old or younger.
• Applicants must be a full-time Ph.D. Scholar
• Applicants must be from the country of the ASIAN member

• Recommendation letter or report form Doctoral Monitoring Committee report or Supervisor
• Postal Order/Demand Draft for Rs.100
• Ph.D. Registration Certificate
