Japan Scholarship candidates should submit their documents to Japan Embassy in their respective country before the deadline.

Japan Embassy in Kabul is processing the document screening. The winners who passed the document screening will be informed of the date and written examination individually.

To prepare for written Examination, We recommend all the applicants to try the past MEXT written examination questions. from the link below.

The number of applications received this year, make the competition level for written test very extremely high.  It is expected that the applicants’ lowest score is over 80 percent in each subject. Please be prepared enough.

Scholarship for Afghanistan is working to help Afghan youth get good results in scholarships they participate in. We have collected all the examination questions from the previous years of the MEXT scholarship. Please download them and prepare yourself for the examination.
