The Higher School of Economics (HSE) presents full tuition fee scholarships for international students for Master’s degrees. This is a merit-based scholarship that will waive students’ tuition fees to a certain degree.

• The scholarship only covers tuition fees; therefore, all the other costs are on the applicant.
• If your portfolio gets a higher score, you get more scholarship percentages.
• Each year, the percentage might change based on your behavior and performance.
• You will be considered for full-tuition scholarships if you win various other competitions.
