The Afghan Ministry of Higher Education had introduced eligible candidates to India’s Embassy for participation in scholarships at undergraduate, master’s and PhD levels , and the India’s revered embassy in Kabul has sent us the candidates’ list who had passed the exam successfully through an official email.

Attached to this announcement the successful candidates’ list at different levels; 26 at Bachelor’s, 481 master’s and 139 at doctoral levels is available therefore those whose names are included in the list have to do the followings before Feb 28, 2020 equivalent to 10 Hut 1398:

1. Registering themselves in the scholarship management system of MoHE using the link: www.sms.mohe.gov.af
2. Using this link (www.a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in) registering in the online scholarships portal of ICCR
3. Successful candidates are obliged to complete all the necessary forms available on the MoHE’s scholarship management system including:
4. Scholarship candidature form
5. Commitment letter
6. Guarantee letter (from two close relatives)
7. Medical form
8. School certificate
9. Diploma (past study level)
10. Degree transcripts (past study level)
11. ICCR’s application form via the portal site
12. Copy of the form of scholarship management of MoHE

And submit their original copies to the 21^st and 22^nd booths at the reception department of Foreign Relations and Scholarship Management Directorate
