Job locations: Kunar, Paktya, Nimroz, Parwan, Takhar, Daikundi, Bamyan, and Laghman with some travel to fields

Job summary
Citizen Charter/MRRD is looking for 8 Provincial Engineers for eight above-mentioned provinces who will work in the framework of the CASA-1000 power transmission line project. Eligible applicants can apply after reading the details below.

Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (must be verified by the Ministry of Higher Education), with a sound understanding of the following sectors of engineering (Road & Bridge, Water Supply and Irrigation).
- At least 4 years’ experience in survey, design and implementation/supervision at community level or rural development subprojects (related experience).
- Enough and practical experience in using the required technical survey tools like Theodolite, Level, Abney Level, Pipe Level, etc.
- Good knowledge and skill in Auto Cad and practical use of it (it is necessary).
- Decent knowledge and skill in MS Office especially project design, estimation and BoQ preparation in excel program (it is needed).
- Act proactively in the identification and solution of technical and procedural problems on the field.
- Enjoy the knowledge and ability to firmly consider all contents of Technical Manual and also Operational Manual during subproject survey, design, and implementation and also handover.
- Be able to technically supervise 15 to 20 community subprojects at the same time.
- Have the ability for preparation of a good technical report from subprojects supervision.
- Be able to manage and accomplish all related duties and responsibilities in a good manner.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Able and ready to work in all related districts of provinces that are being covered by CCAP.
- Be punctual and on time.
- Able to speak Pashto, Dari, and English.
