Who can apply to this scholarship

Applicants adhering the following requirements can apply to this scholarship otherwise they are not eligible, Only female applicants who are Afghanistan citizens having basic English language and math skills can apply to this scholarship. Applicants must have graduated at least from high school and hold its graduation certificate.
