The Global Network of People living with HIV (GNP+) is an international network advocating for individuals living with HIV and AIDS worldwide. Established in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, GNP+ focuses on sexual and reproductive health/rights, human rights, and empowering people living with HIV. Their comprehensive agenda, known as the “Global Advocacy Agenda,” was developed during the 1999 International Conference of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Warsaw, Poland.
