UN World Tourism Organization Award

UNWTO is launching its 15th Award for the recognition innovative and contributive institutions (Public /private) NGOS whose works in tourism sector lead to achieving 2030 SDGs in local, national and international level.

Award categories:

  • Public Policy and governance
  • Enterprises
  • Non – governmental Organizations

Required documents (pdf format, title indicating the content)

  • Executive summary(max 300 words)
  • Mission, Vision and objectives
  • Partnership and letter of authorization (if applicable )
  • Additional documents
  • Three References contact details and recommendation letter

Eligibility and requirements:

  • Individuals are not eligible to apply
  • Institutions (public/private,) NGOs, enterprises whose work are related to tourism sector
  • Only initiatives with certain degree of implementations are considered
  • Current and former staff of UNWTO are not eligible
