Turkey Government has announced the Turkey Merit Scholarships for successful students from all over the world who have good leadership skills. This scholarship is offered to the students having international academic and language proficiency and those with the higher scores in their National Pre-university University exam and for the researchers.

Benefits of Turkey merit scholarships: 

This scholarship is fully funded scholarships with a monthly stipend 2 times higher than the regular payment.

Who will be awarded? 

• The students who have been placed in their programs with international language and academic proficiency documents which approved by the presidency such as SAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. )
• The students who scored top points at the national exam in their home countries
• The applicants who conduct research projects within scientific research projects (BAP, TUBITAK or with the approval of the presidency
• The candidates who publish a scientific article  on journals scanned by SCI (Science Citation Index, SCI-EXP, SCCI, Art and humanities citation index (AHCI)
• The student acquired a patent license
• Turkey scholarships holders having GPA above 3.50/4

How to apply? 

The Turkey merit scholarship program is offered for both prospective and existing Turkey scholarship students.

• The application of current students will be received at a later time that will be announced on the Turkish scholarship website and as well here.
• The prospected students’ assessment will be evaluated within the framework of 2022 applications.
