Opportunity Description

The Ph.D. fellowship provides an opportunity for highly motivated and talented Ph.D. students to work in the faculty of science. Moreover, successful applicants will take part in ENHPATHY, a multidisciplinary science consortium created in the frame of Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)-ITN European Training Networks. Finally, the project’s purpose is to explore the impact of regulatory genetic variation.

Job description:

  • Promote and supervise the research project
  • Participate in Ph.D. courses
  • Write a PhD thesis in the scientific area.
  • Research teach and disseminate
  • He/she will stay for a short period abroad.
  • Will work with related department

Eligibilities:

  • Must be motivate
  • MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or relevant area.
  • Have high good knowledge (theoretical and practical) and experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, or statistical learning techniques.
  • Deep experiences in genomics and the analysis of functional genetic.
  • Be willing to transcription and transcriptional regulation.
  • Advance skills in programming and data analysis.
  • Strong English language skills.
