Who Can Apply?
The following applicants can submit applications for the NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program:
- PhD Enrollment: Applicants must be full-time PhD students enrolled during the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Research Focus: Must be actively researched in areas such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Completed PhD Year: Applicants must have completed at least their first year of PhD studies at the time of application.
- Internship Availability: You must be available for an in-person summer internship at one of NVIDIA’s research offices in 2025.
- No Immediate Family Ties: Applicants must not be immediate family members of current NVIDIA employees.
Required Documents
The following documents are necessary for application to the NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program:
- Summary of the research/thesis proposal about two pages with a bibliography.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV), including the contact information
- Two nomination letters from a professor, including one from a thesis adviser, up to 3 letters maximum – nomination letters from non-professors are acceptable as long as one is from your thesis advisor/professor.
- Confirmation letter for being available for the summer internship
