Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a new international student (no prior academic program at Lincoln University)
- Meet the academic and English language requirements of their chosen Bachelor’s program.
- Meet New Zealand student visa and immigration requirements
- Not hold any other scholarship
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress to retain the award for the second semester.
- Have achieved a B grade or 70% GPA or higher in previous studies
Selection Process and Criteria
- Scholarships awarded based on academic excellence
- Final selection made by a committee including:
- Director of Student and Stakeholder Engagement (or nominee)
- Director of University Studies and English Language Division (or nominee)
- Convenor of Scholarships Committee
- The committee recommends scholars to the Vice-Chancellor for final approval
- Continuation depends on academic performance review after the first semester
