We at Scholarship for Afghanistan are pleased to announce that the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), an autonomous body under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan, has announced 1,000 fully funded scholarships for Afghan nationals. These scholarships provide an excellent opportunity for students to pursue Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs at prestigious universities and institutions across India.

Scholarship Benefits
ICCR Scholarships offer the following:
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Free accommodation
- Limited living allowance
- Medical reimbursement as per ICCR guidelines
Note: Airfare is not covered by the scholarship and must be borne by the students themselves.

Important Requirements
- The medium of instruction in India is English; applicants are strongly advised to attain an adequate level of English proficiency before applying.
- Applicants should ensure the timely submission of complete documents, as incomplete applications will not be considered.
Application Procedure
- Applicants must apply through the Foreign Relations Department, Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan.
- The Ministry of Higher Education will shortlist candidates based on established rules and criteria.
- Selected applications will be forwarded to ICCR, New Delhi, through the Embassy of India, Kabul, for admission processing.
