Ministry of higher education has announced that the group scholarship candidates

• who passed Kankor exam of 1395/1396 and got the highest score in the related province,
• Nomad candidates who are introduced based on the highest score to the ministry of higher education
• The candidates who are selected as a group scholarship candidate by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD) based on the terms of group scholarship

Should be aware that candidates whose names are in the list of 1455 people – the list is published on the MOHE website- can register themselves in the ministry of higher education by April 2, 2018 (13 Hamal, 1397). The India embassy will organize an English exam for the candidates in Kabul medical university.

Required documents:

• High school diploma and transcript (Shahadatnama)
• Identity card (Tazkira)

Those who get the highest score in the English exam can get forms from the ICCR website. Other required forms are available in 21 cabinet in the ministry of higher education reception. The candidate must upload the Application form along with required documents to the website of India and submit the original documents to the ministry of higher education.
