• Not hold any other scholarship.

• full-time study diplomas (in English/Chinese). Applicants who are currently studying should provide a pre-graduation certificate.
• Transcripts
• Study or research plan (at least 800 words in English / Chinese) download the format.
• Two letters of recommendation by a professor or associate professor
• Passport (valid)
• Published academic papers and achievements (not mandatory)
• Photocopy of foreigner physical examination
• Digital ID photo with white background (in jpg and send to studyatneau@neau.edu.cn in the name of your passport number )
• Language proficiency certificate: HSK certificate (not compulsory)
• Certificate of No Criminal Record
• Acceptance letter from a supervisor(no a must)
