Responsibilities:
- Important material relevant to departmental use must be analyzed, generated, and maintained.
- Response and make calls, answer to the relevant question, and send written tools.
- Provide reports, official letters, spreadsheets, email, and memoranda from recorded files or general instruction, with data from computer and paper file or record source.
- Develop research methods and analytical techniques to the learning system of an administration, organizational structures, policies, and procedures.
- Perform special studies related to project, data analysis, and provide recommendation according to studies.
- Must conduct related tasks may assign by line-manager.
Applied competencies and skills:
- Must have related knowledge of program procedures, techniques, and practices to involve an understanding of program and staff responsibilities.
- Must be able to use provided filling and data systems, functions, and procedures.
- By using the standard guidelines, must review the data and details for duties accomplishments.
- Must have appropriate knowledge of software to conduct day-to-day tasks and functions.
- Must have a good understanding of basic office programs, information systems, and office tools to access, input, and confirm standard information.
- Must build a good relationship with staff, clients and provide services, processes, and procedures and prescribe or guidelines.
- Be able to use program terminology.
- Collect related data form office records, drafts, emails, memos, or documents.
- Documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic formatting must be proofread.
- Response to requested and general information must be prepared.
- Documents and information must be recorded.

Requirements:
- Must have an associate’s degree or a global equivalent degree in a relevant area.
- Must have at least two years of practical work experience in the relevant field.
- Must have strong communication skills and demonstrate a positive impact on the staff and clients.
- Must have excellent knowledge of the English language. Foreign language skill is an advance.
- Must have prior work experience in a non-governmental organization.
