China’s Government offers Scholarships through Chinese Government Scholarship –University program for International students to study at different universities in China, including Fudan University and other 280 universities.  These Scholarships are offered to master and PhD studies and cover full expenses during the study in china.

Scholarship coverage:

The CSC Scholarship- University programs covers the following expenses:

• Full tuition fee exemption
• Comprehensive medical insurance
• Free On Campus Accommodation
• Free On-campus accommodation/ accommodation subsidy
• Monthly living stipend of 3000 RMB for master students and 3500RMB for doctoral students

Who can apply?

International students/applicants who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for Chinese Government Scholarship – University program:

• Hold a nationality of a country other than china
• Be in a good health situation
• Be under 35 years of age for master’s programs and under 40 for PhD programs.
• Not have any other scholarships offered by Chinese government.

How to apply?

Applicants should follow the steps below in order to apply to this scholarship program fully:

• Apply to CSC Scholarship online using the link provided below. When applying to CSC, you must have the university agency number (10246 for Fudan university ) and select the program category as Type B.
• Apply to a study program at Fudan University. Here you need to select “self-support” as the fund source and choose “Chinese Government Scholarship” in the scholarship application form and upload it on the website.

Required documents: 

• Foreigner Physical examination Form (completely filled in Chinese/English).  Those currently residing in China can submit a permit of stay( residence) or a Foreign permanent resident ID card.
• Your educational documents
• Passport
