Afghanistan Ministry of higher education has now announced that applicants from Afghanistan can apply via the ministry of higher education.

this scholarship is offered at different levels undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the following universities:

  • Islamic University of Sultan Sharif (UBD)
  • UTB
    Polytechnic University (PB)

Required documents:

  • Shadatanama with over 70 percentage
  • Diplom and transcripts for postgraduate applications having at least 65 %.
  • National Id card
  • Electronic Passport
  • complete health exam form
  • complete application form
