Benefits and Financial Aids

Following are the two types of scholarship in ITH:

Scholarship for ADC Priority Countries:

• It covers tuition fees, accommodation, flight tickets, health insurance, food (Monday through Sunday), and excursions and provides €205 monthly pocket money.
• Excludes airport transfer and visa fees

Scholarship for Developing Countries:

• It covers tuition fees, health insurance, food (Monday through Friday), and excursions and provides €205 in monthly pocket money.
• Excludes accommodation, flight tickets, and visa fees

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to students from ADC priority countries and other developing countries.
• Applicants must be under 35 years of age.
• Must meet admission requirements specified by ITH and visa processes.
• General requirements include:
  • Completion of GCE A’ Levels or equivalent, qualifying for university enrollment.
  • Minimum one year of practical experience in tourism (hotels, travel agencies, tourism management), or graduates of a tourism and hospitality institute.
  • All courses are conducted in English, requiring excellent English proficiency.
  • Applicants from non-English speaking countries must provide an internationally recognized English proficiency certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge).
  • Students with insufficient English proficiency may be required to undertake an extra English language course in Austria at their own expense.
