Atlas Corps is accepting applications for Atlas Corps Fellowships 2022-2023.

Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab is leading a 12-18 months program in the USA  with a 14-month blended In-Person Fellowships in the USA and the Virtual Leadership Institute starting in late 2022 and 2023 for social change leaders.

There are three kinds of fellowships  available based on the topic and region:

  1. Climate change and the environment professionals
    • Sustainability / Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
    • Environmental Protection & Biodiversity Conservation
    • Clean & Sustainable Energy
  2. Operation and Human resources
  3. South and  East Asian leaders

The selected fellows will have the opportunity to serve full-time at host organizations in order to develop their professional skills, develop their knowledge and experience, and have networking opportunities. The special part of this fellowship combines hard skills like business planning and proposal writing with intensive workshops that explore critical soft skills. This program will help the fellows to see a better future, encourage and inspire others, be able to implement innovative ideas.  The fellowship will support the fellows financially for their basic living expenses, visa, traveling cost, local transportation and etc.

Eligibilities:

  • Two – or more years of work experience in the social sectors.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Applicant’s age must not be over 35 years
  • Have a good English proficiency (Oral, Writing, reading)
  • Must be committed to addressing critical social issues in your home country 
  • Must accept the basic living style where the fellowships cover

Required soft skills for climate and environment fellowship:

Applicants should possess the following skills:

  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Self-Starter;
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to comfortably work with people from across the globe, as well as an ability to work with different working styles;
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness, and tolerance for uncertainty and risk;
  • Problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills;
  • Comfort and passion in discussing environmental and climate change topics and demonstrating expertise; and
  • Networker/community-builder around key issues.
