Job Summary
MSI-AMELA is hiring ten individuals as Field Supervisors for its project implementation in the ten provinces above of Afghanistan. Qualified applicants can read the details and apply accordingly.
Project Summary:
The aim of AMELA is to deliver monitoring, evaluation, and learning support services/assistance to enhance the implementation of USAID development programs in Afghanistan, and to build the technical M&E knowledge and skills of USAID/Afghanistan Mission staff and stakeholders. Furthermore, the services delivered under AMELA will contribute to supporting USAID/Afghanistan as an active development organization with robust learning and adaptive management processes.
The purpose of the Baseline Public Perception Survey (BPPS) is to identify the Afghan perceptions of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Agency contributions to the prosperity of Afghanistan.
Job Description:
The incumbents’ duties and responsibilities will be to:
- Attend a monitoring refresher training.
- Accompany the survey firm enumerators into districts to oversee their primary data-gathering efforts.
- Call beneficiaries to confirm that they were interviewed.
- Write and/or prepare reports of monitoring activities, including identifying any data quality. issues
- Potentially assist in the basic translation of notes from Dari/Pashto to English.
Job Requirements:
- At least a High school degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of work experience in monitoring.
- Readiness to travel to different districts within the provinces mentioned above
- The ability to speak English and Dari or Pashto is a requirement.
