Hamdan bin Mohammed award program for Innovation in Project Management launched for the first time, in 2015, the award aims to become an international center for practical ways of project performance for innovators, professionals, and organizations. In addition, the awards want to instill innovation culture in project management practices globally. Moreover, the program also provides a platform for discovering, encouraging, and innovation promotion of project management. Besides, The awards will offer to Professionals of project management, the international community, individuals, teams. As well as, the organizations which are active in management projects, programs, or portfolios. Above all, interested innovators are encouraged to present their projects and win the prize.

- The organization must be done a project, program or portfolio for more than 12 months or must be in progress
- Three projects are required to submit an application form for applying for an innovation program.
