The Global Confederation of Higher Education Association for Agriculture and Life Sciences (GCHERA) is an international network of national and regional higher education associations. the GCHERA mission is to encourage mutual understanding and global coordination between higher education organizations and their constituent member universities. Additionally, it offers leadership in education, research, innovation, and outreach in agriculture and life science. Moreover, it aims to be a catalyst for the sharing and adoption of best practices across its membership. For this purpose, the GCHERA committed to taking part in international forums to contribute the views of the global higher education community in addressing the worldwide challenges facing agriculture, food, and natural resources management system in 21^st C.
