Eligibility Criteria

Assessment and Enrollment

• Preliminary review of application materials by the China Scholarship Council (CSC).

How to Apply?

Step 1: Apply for XJTU Pre-admission Letter

• Go to the XJTU online application system and create an account.
• Select “CSC-Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program” under the master’s program.
• Fill in personal information and upload the required documents.
• Submit your application before February 28, 2026 (Beijing Time).
• Check your registered email for updates from XJTU.
• If approved, XJTU will issue a Pre-admission Letter via email.

Notes:

• No application fee is required.
• Only online submissions are accepted; hard copies will not be considered.

Step 2: Apply to the CSC System

• Go to the CSC application portal.
• Submit your application before March 31, 2026 (GMT+8).
• Ensure you have the Pre-admission Letter from XJTU before applying.
• Choose “Type A” for Scholarship Type, select “Youth of Excellence Scheme of China”, and enter agency code 1563.
