Overview of event

The Next Generation Women Leaders Asia-Pacific event is a two-day online workshop that discovers the importance of women in leadership. It is organized by McKinsey & Company and is inviting applications now. So, Be inspired. Make a difference and Apply to attend.

Similarly, event participants will work with program facilitators to further shape their leadership style, assisting them to become pioneers in their personal and professional lives. Furthermore, they will walk away with an understanding of the McKinsey problem-solving approach, which they can use in school, work, and life.

As participants explore the world of consulting, they will create incredible connections with peers as well as McKinsey colleagues and alumni.

Eligibility:

Applicants meeting the following criteria can apply:

  • Currently positioned in the Asia-Pacific region or enthusiastic in pursuing a career in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Female applicants graduating no later than in 2021 or experts with less than seven years of work experience.
  • You should have fluency in the local language.
