Opportunity Description
The University College London (UCL) Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is offering two fully funded scholarships for students to pursue a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Innovation, Public Policy, and Public Value. This unique program is designed for individuals engaged in transformative public policy work and passionate about bridging theory with real-world application.
Funded by the Laudes Foundation, the IIPP Policy Studio MPA Scholarship supports diverse and globally-minded applicants who resonate with the Institute’s mission of co-creating practical, scalable solutions to today’s most pressing societal challenges. From tackling inequality to addressing the climate emergency, IIPP’s collaborative policy approach combines rigorous academic research with applied innovation in the public sector. Students in this program explore forward-thinking themes like rethinking public value, transforming institutions, shaping innovation, and redirecting finance.
The scholarship covers full tuition fees and is open to both domestic and international students on a full-time basis. In addition to academic studies, recipients may contribute to IIPP’s live policy work through group-based projects. Applicants will be evaluated based on academic or professional excellence, financial need, alignment with IIPP’s research themes, and successful admission to the MPA program starting in September 2025.
